just wondering has anyone got any alternative exercises for Vertical Bench Crunches which trains lower abs and waist (according to my program)
this excercise was on my 12 week ab program but i cannot do this becuase i don't have the equipment, are there any alternative excercises which have the same effect.
my program is working well even tho i didn't have the strictest of diets, i'm gonna do it again becuase i hav seen good results already. thx for any responses.
If you have someone to help you can lay on the floor. Bring your legs straight up so your body makes a L shape and have someone stand over your head and throw your feet to the floor. You try to stop your feet before they hit the floor and raise them back up to the starting position.
