is it normal not to be soar after a pretty hard workout, if you take a protien shake around the time of workout? im using a bowflex and have never before drank a shake anywhere close to the time of working out before...so would like to know if its the shakes or the bowflex that are doing/not doing their job...ill try not drinking a shake tomarrow and see if i get soar :-/
