Hey, just curious. I have heard this from a few people (all of which are not always reliable). Is it true that walking burns fat and jogging builds muscles? :)
In my opinion neither build muscle. To build muscle you have to break it down to repair it. Walking and jogging increase your heart rate (cardiovascukar exercise), therefore burn calories. Hope this helps.
