Okay, so I buy the weights/cardio thing. I always do weights before cardio, but here's the thing-- I have to other way of getting to work than my bicycle. This means that I am on my bike anywhere between 1 and 2 hours every day. How can I do this and not compromise my strength gains? Also, it sort of scared me in that other topic about how your body gets used to cardio and then stores fat. I'm not looking to lose ANY weight (i'm 5'5", 112 lbs.), but I am trying to gain strenth and tone, and lower body fat. How do i not sabotage this? Keep in mind, i MUST bike to work. It's really my only option.

Focus on your nutrition - You have to convince your body that food is in plentiful supply so it is not tempted to break down muscle instead of fat. Make sure you've got some complex carbs and protein on board a good hour before you go cycling and eat as soon as possible when you stop. If your cycle is about an hour each way it's probably not vital that you have anything during your cycle, but if your trying to avoid weight loss it wouldn't do any harm to have a carb or carb/protein drink mix while you cycle.
