just wondering if anybody has tried the 12 week mass special. it seems like i would be doing less than i am now. is it enough working out? any results?

Hey..
I've done it and great results.
I added 8 pounds of lean muscle mass and my bodyfat wen from 12% to 9%.
The program is VERY demanding if it is done correctly. You must use weights where you will fail at the rep # given. For example, if you are told to do 6 reps.. then use a weight where it is impossible to do 7 - understand?
The key is perfect form:
- full range of motion - contraction of muscle - complete stretch
Also.. you HAVE to be intense my friend.. train like an animal.
Here are some of my other improvements on the program:
Free Weight Squats - 215 pounds for 2 went to 305 for 5 Dumbell Presses - 55 pounds for 6 went to 85 for 4 Barbell Curls - 90 pounds for 6 went to 125 for 6
