it is diff for everyone, but generally speaking it is best to train in the morning because your natural hormone levels are at their highest.

i take TRAC creatine which is taken pre-workout. should i just wake up take the TRAC and hit the weights on an empty stomach? Personally i dont think i would have a problem doing this. would this be good?

Sweeny, If you are dedicated I would really reccomend that you work out in the morning. Your testosterone is at it's highest, you are fresh and you burn fat more easily. Especially if you do cardio in the morning with your workout.

well i lift in the evening.I find it more relaxing after the days work.U burn calories while u r sleeping
