My first question is: I do my chest exercises on MWF and my bi's and tri's on tues/thurs. Would it disturb the muscle healing process if I did push ups everyday or should I only do them certain days?
My second question is if it is more beneficial to do ab exercises everyday or only every other day like most muscles.
