I_sly Posts: 102 Joined: 2000/12/07	2001/06/16, 01:11 PM I was reading that an EFFECTIVE dose of pyruvate is about 15-20g a day. Yet these companys are saying that a 2g dose, 2x a day is adequate. If you were to add that up it creates a terrribly expensive supplement with tons of gastric distress. Any info out there, maybe an alternative.
