hey.. I twisted my knees a couple of weeks ago playing rugby and damaged the ligaments. This will take a while to repair, and I have to stay away from squats and deads because of their knee involvement.. I need some good free weights exercises which work the back, what do u guys think of seated goodmornings?
Seated goodmornings r a good choice.If u r in a position 2 stand then can try out bent over rowing with barbels and dumbells.For lower back try out hyperextensions.
