I am currently doing 4 sets of 8 on bench, failing on the last rep of the last set. Is this good for mass? Also, I can't get a good burn in my chest. Should I pre work the chest before I bench. All I can really do is cross cable pulls and butterflys other than bench. What order should I do these in?
If I did some push ups with a wide hand placement would this be good for outer chest, as I have heard that closely placed hands are good for inner chest. If so, how wide and how close should my hands be?
