I have been exercising religiously at least 5 days a week for over 2 years. I have lost and kept off 40 pounds since 2001. I'm fairly happy with where I am, but I still have puckering and cellulite just below my butt on my upper thighs. Is there any good way to work this out? I'm about 5'6" and weigh 142-145. I have pretty good muscle tone too. Thanks!
Diet has alot to do with cellulite. Cellulite is actually fat that is close to the skin. Unfortunately fat seems to show its ugly face on women closer to the skin's surface, where as on men, we get the love handles!
The only thing here is look at your diet and see where you can improve. Remember we cannot spot reduce.
