What to increase...weight? sets? reps?

When a weight has become too light, what should you increase for mass? For example, I do 4 sets of 8 on bench press. When I am able to complete all 4 sets (I use a machine if this helps), should I add a little weight, or another set at the same weight, or a couple reps to each of the original 4 sets?

Time to add some weight. You should have trouble doing the last 3 reps. But remember to keep your form.
