I am entering my 3rd week of an 8 week program, and i see no change in my body. Wich might be normal, i have no idea since i am new to this. I wake up 5 days a week at 7 am do my workout, then have a protein shake(MRI's PRO-NOS) and go to work. I am 27 6'0 205, with a chunky mid section. Should i take another supplement or just keep pounding away. I would love to be in better shape by 6/1/07

How does your actual diet look. You can take all the Supplements you want but if you don't eat right you are wasting your time. Also it has only been 3 weeks. But I would really suggest you really look at your diet. .. It is all about creating a caloric defecit...Good Luck ......
