I would like to know what everyone else thinks about the supplements I am taking. I am taking both creatine monohydrate and 100% whey protien.

Both very good. Keep on em and make sure you cycle the creatine every two to three months. That's my opinion. The Hog.

Very good selection. Are you taking a Multi- Vitamin? If not I suggest you do.

creatine is very good supp,it will promote mass and power in your body.But do take plenty of water .Whey is also very good,it will assist u 2 get good muscles and also tissue repairing
