Does anyone have any ideas on what to do when you have a really, REALLY bad day? I ate a brownie and am very mad I did such a stupid thing, but I can forgive myself if I go work it off, I guess. I hate days like this as I just feel like throwing in the towel, don't mean to be such a bummer, but I know this is real, this is a part of the process, but I don't want to do what I've always done before and just chuck it, I want to get through days like this with some productive ideas....but when it gets like this, exercise, projects, etc. just are depressing....any idea?

Go to the gym and work out. I have never felt bad after a workout. Never.

Frugal, one brownie isn't enough to through away a whole day. You could have eaten something much worse I am sure. Like Hec said, go do a workout. You will great afterwards, not just physically but emotionally too. You have to give yourself treats every once in a while aswell, otherwise it will be very difficult to stick with a healthy way of life. Keep truckin along!!

Okay....I will go work out...if I can get off this couch...okay...

I don't have a gym, which is what I miss more than anything being in this rural area in the mountains, but I do have a weight bench, glider, music, and a boxing bag...I miss the variety, but this will do...

Thank you for your support, I know the endorphines (sp?) :dumbbell:may help...here I go...

A BROWNIE. YOU'RE GOING TO LET A BROWNIE GET THE BEST OF YOU. So you ate it. You know you probably shouldn't have. Get on with life. Go lift some weights. Go for a walk. Keep focussed. Have a good weekend. And stay away from those bronies!

Alright, alright I DID IT, I worked out, YEAH!!!! I nearly crawled there on my hands and knees my day was so exasperating (it all did not have to do with the brownie, life was just sucky today in general, money, bills, etc. the brownie just angered me that I allowed myself to do more harm to myself than good!), anyway, I got there, all the way to my work out room and then I worked out for over an hour and I do feel better, well at least better physically and a bit better emotionally, too. If I just had a million dollars, maybe I wouldn't be so stressed!! Noooo...then I would just stress about what to do with it, lol - NOT! Thanks you guys, you took the time to bother with my whining!! :)
