I have heard many comments about my "skinny wrists". So how can I thicken up my wrist-tricep? area? Triceps too cause I don't need a thicker wrist then the rest of my arm (is that possible?)
include variation of wrist curls into your arm routine...i have the same problem but i found that reverse behind-the-back wrist curls really help the wrist/forearm area...do them until failure...it will feel like ur forarms are going to expload!
