I seem to be playing constant catch up with my front and side delts! What's worse is that my tri's grow really quick and make my shoulders look even smaller! Any advice guys?

Hey kev,

ft has a special program which target 'wider shoulders'. Otherwise I would myself suggest:

Side Laterals (try standing, seated, and one-arm variatons)
Behind-the-neck presses
Seated Dumbell presses

Good Luck!

Hi kevtheraise, As Arnold said , try FT's muscle targeting , you got nothing to lose and maybe it's what you need. Good luck.

Do heavy training for your shoulders. The second last set should be the heaviest with 1 rep and the last one with the initial weight and initial repitations.

I don't agree with 1 rep for shoulders. The muscle is too small to make any gains from that. 1 rep sets should be applied to larger muscle groups only such as legs, chest and back.

If you do attempt a 1 rep set then be sure to be properly warmed-up and to have a spotter.

I agree with Arnold, your shoulders weren't designed to lift real heavy weight. It don't take much weight to work your shoulders. Going to heavy WILL cause INJURY; You wont have to worry about working them for a while if that happens.

TRy working out shoulders twice aweek, with your chest workout between these workouts. so you'd get your shoulder work then alittle shoulder work when you do your chest then shoulders again. rest at leaST ONE DAY BETWEEN WORKOUTS

you need to have some patience too... your delts won't grow as big as you want them too over a week or so...it takes time and hard work

Right one, TT_Rocker. It takes time. So many people want perfection but yet don't want to work to get it. Not Flaming, excuss me if it sounded that way. But it really does take time and hard (proper) work. If you want you have to do it. If you don't you will never achieve it.
