Has anyone used the Gold's Gym(r) Forearm Developer or Chest Expander products? If so, are they effective and do you recommend them?

I had the Gold's Chest expander. It is effective, but it only lasted 6 months. My arm span was too large. You can get much better quality chest expanders, from Sampson and Lifeline.
