I am in week 7 of 8....so I am almost done with this program : )
So my question, where do I go from here?
When I start another program on FT, won't be be like starting over again (same exercises, etc.)?
As it is, I feel like I am doing almost the same exercises every week.
Don't you need to switch it up so your body doesn't get accustomed to the same moves?

are your goals still the same? maybe you can change your exp level. If you where beginner before, try changing it to Intermediate and go for another 8 week program ;)
You can always Cycle through the same program, and do some small changes yourself, like changing the amount of sets/reps, or swap up the Body parts you work with.

I am actually using the intermediate program now, but my goals will be the same. (lose fat)
Towards the end, I have been added new exercises also. I just don't know many more to add.
I like lifting, but was hoping that I could find more cardio?/resistance training (i.e. jump squats, using the ball) to target different areas of the muscle.
As far as the sets/reps. how do I determine the correct number?
