Ok here are my stats please tell me what i can do to help me reach my goal. And if u have lost weight tell me exactly what u did so i can lose it to. Thank you Jane. Current Weight: 245.0 lbs. Healthy Weight Range: 118 lbs. - 141 lbs. My Goal Weight for june 26: 225.0 lbs. Current BMI: 44 Ideal BMI Range: 21-25 :(:(:(:(:(

Pick an exercise program and stick to it.
Start eating 5-6 small meals a day consisting of lean protein, vegetables and a litle healthy fat.
I am getting shut down, surf the forums for more info!

20 pound in 30 days is ambitious. Possible if you are just starting up though but you could be disillusioned when/if you fail. So be very realistic, patient and slow. You will be here trying for years and when you get to 25 bmi you will still want to go lower as it will be part of how you workout and eat by then... It is a lifestyle change and I truly hope you enjoy it and succeed with little goals/aims which you win.
so set your 6 meal guideline with 5 to 9 fruit veg portions daily, drink green tea or ginger and lots of water. Add fish to your diet as much as you can and skin your chicken etc... Make it your lifes rules till it's second nature. secondly photograph yourself and measure all of your body parts so you can measure you success in a couple of months time. Stay in here and get in on the forums, help others too as it's rewarding. We will win together (I can't shift that last 10 pounds- it just hangs around my chest, hiding my abs) So keep going love

I am in no position to be giving advise right now but be encouraged! I agree with neitilley be patient and make positive lifestyle changes. Enjoy living and live your life to the fullest!
