i'm joe and i need serious help. My stat's are 34.6% BF, i'm 17 and height 6 ft.I'm a beginer in the world of fitness.though i feel very fat my friends say that's just me, they think i'm normal. But i really want to do something about my weight.
I want to know that is it possible for me to loose 20% fat in 3 months period of time considering my workout plan includes 4 day's of HIIt cardio routine (20-30 min) has anybody lost this much amount of fat in 3 months? is it possible? Has anybody succedded doing HIIT cardio?
i really need advice from u guys.Please Help me out!!
First of all no need to post this multiple times LOL....we try to answer asap. Ok 20% in 3 months? I think that is kinda larger order....I think you can make a good dent in that but your diet is key to losing bodyfat. I would plan more like 6 months to a year for 20% loss....that is not only more atainable but safer as well.
