Well yes flexing does bring out cuts but its only when you have very low body fat.Doing it regularly will work and I think 10 mins. is a good time but only flex the bodypart you r working out, and dont overstrain the muscles doring the workout and the flex.

well i stand about 5'11'' at 185 with 11% bf right now....i could get that down, but i have not done any cardio since about march, and i don't think i intend on doing so for another couple of months, that is unless i start to put on a noticable amount of chunk. i have been flexing for like 10 min every night before i hit the sack. i try to hold each muscle for like 10-15 sec. then i got to bed.....this would not cause overtraining, will it? i plan on doing it for like a month or so to see what i get from it.....

It sounds like the atlas system. Tension training they call it. I don't know a lot about it but as long as you stretch before during and after to let the blood flow, it shouldn't hurt unless you are flexing to where it does.
