hi just liketo introduce myself i am approbatis other wise know as lez
i have no self asteam i am massively over weight in my eyes and cant finish anything i start as in diets :angry:
but want to loose weight like every one else despretly

Hi Lez and welcome to freetrainers. You have come to the right place to meet all kinds of folks that will help motivate you and stay on track. Try to get into something slowly so it is not a drastic change to your lifestyle and do it gradually. Along with your diet, try and get into an exercise routine from here on FT.

One good place to start would be walking... start small and work up... it's one of the best things you can do!

Welcome. You can do this. All of us are so you can too! Start slow. Maybe take your dogs for an extra long walk a few times a week. Buy some weights and start with a basic program from this site.

As for the diet .... it's never easy for any of us. I started by adding lots of veggies to every meal. I always eat them first. It helps fill you up. And I no longer insist on cleaning my plate the way I used to. Stop when your full. But meal time was never really my problem. Snacking is. Especially in the evening. I just try to keep myself busy now so I don't sit on the couch and eat. Try to find little ways to change like this. They make a big difference.
