Hey everyone, my name is Daniel and i am currently 16 years old and i have just started to work out last month. I recently lost a great amount of weight and now there is not much more fat on my stomach, but there is a great deal of left over Skin+Fat on my lower abs. Could you guys, with all of your superiour body building knowledge, give me some guidelines to getting rid of this lower abdominal fat, and if you could list some exercsises i could do at home.
Thanks!

Exercises will not get rid of skin... if it is fat everyone on this site will say diet diet diet lol... not to mean stop eating, but evaluate your Twix intake and make sure your protien intake is good. There is some creams you can get to tighten up your skin, but I think the ladies will know better in that area what to do.. GL!

ok a workout that i like that i can do at my house .. lay on ur back and put ur hands in the small of or back .. put ur legs strait out in front of you about 4-6 inches from the ground .. then slowly bring up ur legs to the air so that when you end, ur legs are straight in the air while ur back is still flat .. then just bring ur legs down and repeat.. when u r bringing ur legs up .. concentrate on ur lower abs and try not to use ur hips .. you should really be able to feel it working
