I just found a little bucket of protein shake in my cupboard and I wanted to know if this would be a good mixing mix to use for my cardio etc.

It's Gen-Soy Soy Protein Powder. My mother bought it and she said it doesn't taste good with water but excellent with milk.

It is an Vanilla Flavored kind and it says its fat free (also looking on back). If you need me to write out the vitamins and carbs i will do on request.

I just want to know if this is a good mix before I start drinking it and find out im getting bloated .

Also if this isnt a good mix, what should I drink instead of it, (Not mixes) because I have no that much money to buy a mix, so maybe a fruit mix of some sort.

If it doesn't have sugar or if it is low in carbs/fat, there should be no problem, unless you want to gain.

Haha don't want to gain weight. It has no carbs or fat, and loads of vitamins.

I just want to know if I should mix it with milk because I read in ealier protein mix drinks threads that the better choice is water, but it would taste kind of "uck" .

protein shakes taste like poo with water. Try it out, what the hell. I have heard others say that they like them with water.

If you use skim milk,it's ok, but after a workout your best with water.

I've only tried a couple of different kinds. I tried the GNC Soy Protein, which was really awful with water, and the ON's Whey Vanilla, which is still pretty awful water. I have just started using soy milk, with a vanilla flavoring, and that's not much of an improvement. I want to try putting it into a blender with a bunch of stuff, but I never think about it when I'm making my shake.
