DIPS... if you can't do them weighted....work your way up to 3 sets of 15....once you can do three sets of 15.....At least 15....start adding weight...to a dip belt that is. I used to do this afted a chest workout, just as a finisher and it ripped it out.

Well you can use the parral bar.....with more consentration on your lower chest when you go up.Also consentrate on the lower chest during the flat bench-press... You can arch your back a bit during flat bench -press to get a minor decline but BE CAREFUL .... THIS POSTURE MAY GIVE YOU SERIOUS INJURIES.DONT TRY IT IF YOU R NOR VERY COMFORTABLE WITH WEIGHTS AND THE BENCH-PRESS.

I have pretty good luck with flys. I don't do them that much but when I do I have sore muscles for a couple of days.

I'm sure uttiya means well but I would strongly advise against arching your back on the flat bench. You can put enormous strain on your lower back and even if you don't suffer an acute injury you may accumulate injury over time. This is considered poor form and should be avoided like the plauge! It is very important to support your back and be mindful of your spine in all lifting situations. Uttiya be careful. Any preception of benifit you may think you are getting is not worth the injury you are courting with bad lifting habits.
