I need some advice....i recently broke up with my boyfriend and i began to laze about the house. I ate what i would normally eat but did'nt excersice for about 4 days. My problem is that i don't feel hungry. I don't eat anything till 1-2 in the afternoon, i have a sandwich and maybe some soup, then at dinner i would have chicken or some pasta. Should i just not eat for a few days and wait till my hunger comes back? is there something wrong with me? :(

Millenia, I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it continues on for a long period of time. After something "emotional", our bodies can react in funny ways. Good luck with everything!

Yes, I wouldn't worry too much about it yet if it's only a couple of days... It's normal to get emotionally stressed for a while after a break up.
Try to do a little bit of exercise like running, swimming or walking; it'll help you to feel better and get your appetite back. :)

I have been walking alot and i bought myself a padometer so i can make sure im doing 10,000 steps a day!
