Hi, all.
I've recently begun to walk more lately, to add to my exercise regimen, but, I've noticed that if I walk for long distances, I get heartburn. Is that normal? The last walk I noticed it on was approximately 4K and took about 45 minutes. It wasn't a walk for exercise only, it was partly enjoyment, and partly getting to work for free ;)
Thanks!

Hi Morrigan, well it isn't what I'd call normal.. what did you eat if anything beforehand, and how long??

I think (if I remember correctly) it was an eggwhite omelet (2 whites) with some tomatoes and yellow peppers, about 2 1/2 hours before the walk. That hasn't ever given me heartburn on its' own before. Do you think that plus the walking could have triggered heartburn?

Thanks!
