I alway's read that you should change your routine every so often .....how often do you guys change around? Do you keep with the same exercises and switch em round or do you do completely different ones?

I switch my routine every 8-10 weeks. Otherwise, the results just slow down..

Probably every twelve weeks or so and varying excercises every couple of weeks to get to different areas of the muscle is a good idea. If you do the same excercise over and over with the same motion, your body will adapt and not have to grow to strengthen. Good question. Merlinhog

I change it every 6-8 weeks..that might be too fast for anyone else but my body adapts very fast to any routine...hey..check out FT exercise program, they have an excellent routine there which they change every often Amr

I have to change more often than most. I change about every 4-6 weeks and that includes my diet. The FT exercise program will make the changes for you and they seem to work for me right now.
