I would like some opinions on my training for anyone who would like to comment. I just finish a 12wk EAS challenge and did pretty good for an old man but I don't think it was good enough to win anything. Last week I took a week off and just relaxed. I am also in FT's 12 wk training but I also took a wk off that too, so now I'm a week behind. I will pick up on it tonight but my question is should I now go into the advanced training or stay where I'm at? I'm not showing much muscle growth at this time but I do have a lot of weight loss. Give me some feedback and thanks.

I would go advanced training. You need to catch up on your muscle growth or they may just get lazy. How old are you anyway?

I am 61 yrs old . I started working out about 2 yrs ago and the first part was off & on. More off than on. I started out with the EAS challenge and finished 2-12 week programs . The first was a dud, I didn't do much but I finished . It was almost a year before I recieved my certificate and metal. I sort of gave up before I recieved that and I took a second challenge which I just finished last week . I did much better this time. As soon as I figure out how to use my scanner I'll Post them.
