Hello,
I have been working out for about 15 years. I have went from exercise tapes to the gym. For the last year I have worked my way up to 35 minutes 5 days a week (sometime more) of Cario (bike,eliptical, & treadmill)each one on a different day (so I am not doing the same route everyday)Then I do arms and legs (alternating days)17 reps per machine. Then I come home at night and do 4 days of 40 minute pilates and 1 days of 20 minute pilates, 50 crunches, and 30 girlie push-ups (the regular push-ups hurt my back). I have been really trying to eat right. I usually eat 6 small meals a day (oatmeal,fruit,veggies,lean cusian entrees(lunch), low carb bread, and tuna) and a lot of water. My problem is I seem to be gaining weight instead of losing weight. What am I doing wrong? Thank you Michelle DesOrmeau
