Since cheerleading is over with the summer.....I can finaly get serious with the weight training nto having to skip shoulders cause of practice and junk. So i'm typing these in here to remind me every day, of what my goals are..........
1st goal Iwould like to achieve over the summer is to get the body fat down to 15 % ....I will be incorperating cardio into my routines( hate it!) and be doinga more circit style training. Also i am gonna try a carb cycle thing and seehwo that works, soposly its easier to maintain strength, and loose body fat.
military........by the end of the summer I am shooting for 275........I don't get to train shoulder much cause of cheerleading, but i want some major mass up there lol fromt he summer........right now I can do prety easly 215 for 6 reps........so its not that far off.
squat.......I wanna hit 450 for reps ... right now i can do 405 for 6 reps......gotta get that up.
deadlift.......right now I can do 430 for 4 easy reps after 5 sets........I wanna hit the offical 500lb mark
over head power clean- 205 from floor to over head, no stop no press!
and for bench.......I don't have a weight I wanan hit, i want my chest to get 2 in bigger.....which will make me break the 50in mark
also right now, i'm floating back and forth between 18 1/2 and 19 for my biceps.....hopfully by school starting they will officaly be the big 19......and by x mas.... I be rolling on 20s lol

275 on the military press....You are my hero, Andrew. If I ever get back to half of that I'll be very happy. Way to go big guy.
