600 push ups?

well hears the deal, my dad spent nine years in prison and since the weights were taken out in like the 80s he said he did like 600 push ups and when he came out he was big like 50 cent so im curious if i should do like 600 push ups and i also wandering if 200 sit-ups, 100 cruches, and 100 reverse crunches is to much? i would be doing the push ups 2 times a week and the same as the abs

more than likely he did all that through out the day.....50 push ups and hour or so, 50 crunchs and hour or so somthing like that......to me that sounds liek alot of crunches, for the abbs thats 400 a day. Just reamember it took 9 years, this won't be somthing thats a quick fix.
