Back and Biceps

Is it bad to work out back the day after I worked out my biceps. I worked out my biceps yesterday and they are a little bit sore so is it still okay to work out my back today?

One more thing, since I get a different schedule every week at my job, I always have to change my workout plan so I can fit it in my schedule with my job and school. Is it okay to change the days that I work out each muscle every week? I always make sure that they get enough rest between workouts though.

Yea my work out days change too alot, caus ei work school, and cheerlead............you can work back the next day if they are sore though you might have to lighten the weight, but if you "pull" from your back, and not cheat you should be ok. I actually like to do this from time to time( prefatigue the biceps) so I can tell if i'm using my back or arms more in the lift. :dumbbell:
