Yea my work out days change too alot, caus ei work school, and cheerlead............you can work back the next day if they are sore though you might have to lighten the weight, but if you "pull" from your back, and not cheat you should be ok. I actually like to do this from time to time( prefatigue the biceps) so I can tell if i'm using my back or arms more in the lift. :dumbbell:
