Like all Irish people I drink a crazy amount of tea how bad for you is tea and does it really affect my training?

drink decaffinated and no added sweetener. splenda if needed. I'm a tea freak too.

they say better than coffee.. it has tanin to stain the cup and your insides, caffeine etc.... hey it's ok but I'm a coffee freak and broke the cycle of being permanently strung by trying out all the flavours of herbal infusions and teas. favourites being gree tea, chamomile, ginger styles it's nice to have a change. Theres a caffeine free tea called Rooibosch..

why not try a bit of herbal tea eh- just to reduce what you might be worrying about by drinking something new too..

Tea is a diruetic. Make sure you drink plenty of water besides, especially if you are doing creatine.
