And I want to follow the ft program on here to a T, but I need to be able to do pushups and pullups (military fitness test) too. How could I work those into my workout, and still follow the ft program?
It's all right to add those exercises to the program. Put them in where you feel you have the most strength for the exercise. You won't be disrupting the FT program by adding either of those exercises.
