Hi everyone, new here. 24 years old with 1 child. 5'7 at 270 lbs. I am wanting to lose weight and shape my body. I am kinda stumped as to how the nutritional plan works and how to add meals, am also stumped as to what I'm to eat everyday, I do not have a diet to follow as of yet. Any suggestions or help would be great.
