Hi, I am 14 year old highschool wrestler. I am 126 lbs. and I am in pretty good shape. I do not really what i should eat.

Well, I'm sure keeping a certain weight is a must being a wrestler. What are your goals? Are you looking to move up to a higher weight class or trying to compete at the same class as last time? I used to wrestle and I know that it hard because of trying to make weight for meets. When I wrestled I relied a lot on carbs for energy and focused on endurance and speed. Knowing your goals will help people on this board answer your question better.
