Hi all!

I have been training for two years. Four times a week. I set up a home gym and i am pleased with my gains. I am aorund 185 cm tall and I weight 90 kilos. I have build well at Back , shoulders and Arms. However my chest laggs behind. I do Incline, decline and flat changing from dumbells and barbells. I used to lift real heavy but now i have changed to less weight to try get more of a burn in my chest, which i just dont get like I do in the arms or shoulders.

Now i am planning to start Cardio since i have a bit of far around my lower abs. I have to run early in the morning ( 6am) so what would be a good thing to eat before the run? What about after? Is 3 days a week enough of about an hour if i want to just tone up.

Thanks in Advance!

Have a protein shake before the run, low carb.
Try HIIT three times a week to start. Look it up in fitbuddy if you don' know what it is.
Afterwards have your breakfast of oatmeal and scrambled eggs.

prioritize chest by working it first thing in the week and first in the workout, slow down and isolate.

Good luck!
