hello, i am a male, 16 yrs, 150 lbs, im having trouble sticking to a healthy diet, i always find myself munching on a piece of candy or some fast food. When im hungry my body is never in the mood to eat fruit or vegetables or anything healthy. What are some good tips on how to stay on a healthy diet without getting all these junk food urges?
Well don't buy any of the junk!!!!!!!! Throw it all away!!!! Get into a good healthy diet and when your bod starts getting hungry think about why u are on this diet. You are trying to lose weight and get leaner. Fight hard and never give up!!!!!!! Thats all my advice
One thing that helps me is my protein shakes they are sweet enough to get rid of my craving and they tend to fill me up. I also have sugarfree fruity gum that helps with the cravings also. Hope this helps.
