I have been following the Atkins lifestyle for just over two years and have stuck to it fairly religously. Net weight loss is 50 pounds...I have added back the carbs to a point now where i am eating square meals.

The difference I feel in the Gym is remarkable. Having had some large meals loaded with GOOD crabs and hit the Gym the following morning, I find that i ma getting through my routine really well. It's noticable on the treadmill as well as the weights. I am running harder and lifting heavier.

My recovery is also faster.

Welcome back to carbs, Warren! I have a lot of clients who come to me on Atkins and then we phase into healthy carb intakes and they are amazed at the difference.

You may actually get leaner now, too!
