I've considered picking up something to speed up my fat burning process....Especially since im doing next to no cardio now just lifting.......I took stacker 2 a few years back when I was almost 200 and got really sick off of them and went down to 112 (not healthy) now im at a healthy 155 :).....When on the fat burners do they just cut away the fat or do they take away some muscle as well (we cant have that now we can we? No)....So anyone wish to enlighten me would be helpful thanks a bunch.

Basically what most fat burners do is increase your metabolism with caffeine and other things. Basically to lose fat you go into a caloric deficit, which can be aided by the fat burners. any time you go into a caloric deficit you lose fat, but you don't want to lose it too fast, or your body will start using your muscle to feed your body and make energy. you have to be careful, and since you got real sick the first time you used them, i would definitely not suggest them. then again, they don't have ephedra now... it would be best if you just did a little more cardio if at all possible.
-------------- Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.

I was 15 when I used them (not healthy) and I took them improperly...I thought about getting a bottle and taking 1 pill a day and do some cardio possibly...But I dont want to lose the muscle I have already built you know?...I like my frame now just wish I could be "lean" with it.....

Hi, I would stay away from pills. I don't understand why people don't do things the natural way, so much healthier for you. With diet and cardio you can get rid of fat.
Try starting with 20mins cardio, work your way up to 30 then to 45. I do the treadmill and select the cardio program on the life fitness treadmills. It is great cause it works with your heartrate and moves the incline up or down according to your heartrate.
If you want to lose fat through diet. Try avoiding white rice, regular potatoes, corn, beets, bananas. It is called Sugar Busters. www.sugarbusters.com. They say to stick to 3 servings of carbs a day but since you workout, you'll need more than that.
I need to lose about 10 pds myself. I drink green tea to boost my metabolism. Maybe give that a try. :)
