I need some good advice on how i can do a good 20min cardio program (3 times a week) to lose some fat and surely increase my stamina.
I'm on a great diet i think with the advice of BB1fit, other helpful members and freetrainers.com in general and i'm doing a good workout program to gain mass muscle and strengh.
3 times a week after my powerlifting program, i need to do about 20min on a cardio machine. i'm using the running machine but i don't know how to use it for best result.
Do i run for 20min (i don't know if i can in one shot), or do a mix run and walk and powerwalk.
do you guys can advice me here with a good start cardio please???
