Hi y’all,

I just rearranged my schedule and I’d like to know if it’s okay and up to standard as I’m not sure if it’s muscle friendly. I’m following the Arms-Shoulders-Chest and Legs-Abs-Back split.

DAY 1

Dumbell curls
Dumbell kickbacks
Side lying rise
Dumbell bench press
Flat dumbell flyes

DAY 2

Leg lifts
Knee bend
Dancer squats
Deadlifts
Crunches
Chin up

DAY 3

Hammer curl
Seated dumbell curl
Triceps extension
Lateral rise
Shrug and raise

DAY 4

Calf rise
Step ups
Lunges
Bridging
Reverse crunches

DAY 5= DAY 1

DAY 6= DAY 2

DAY 7= Rest

And I’ve no gym to go to. Is this okay or should rearrange them a bit?
