I dont like to eat all the time, and i like to eat candy. I dont know what to do about it. I dont know if i should sub choc. or how to do it. Can someone help?

You have a couple of choices - you can cut out sugar completely (cold turkey) and change your eating patterns, this will break sugar cravings.
Or you can cut down your candy and eat right. Save your candy as a reward for eating right throughout the week. Earn your sugar with workouts and healthy eating.
The less candy you eat, the less appealing it will be and the more you will notice that it isn't as tasty as you think.
If you want to lose 15lbs, the sugar has to go and you wil have to eat on a regular schedue.
This is mostly an issue of wishing or wanting - if yopu wish it is a built in excuse, wishes are just that 0 aomething we hope might happen, but aren't in our control. If you want it tp happen, you will make it happen. take control and do it.

treat yourself with fruit! you can reframe how you think about food by buying some exotic fresh fruit that you wouldn't normally eat and seeing it as treating yourself

Strawberries with splenda sprinkled on them rock!!!!
A perfectly ripe apple is the bomb!
Go without candy for a while and you will really taste your food!

low fat peanut butter on apples is good too. bannanas as well
