Day 3-Back&Rear delts
Dumbell pullover-3x15-10

This is a pretty good overall workout right? I found it in a magazine I was looking at and really liked it and wanted to try it...Been doing it for a week and it really killed me lol....Of course you can adjust the rep range for whatever you desire but I think it is a pretty good workout.

Yep, looks pretty killer to me, I'd say have a 2 to 3 alternate workout options to each one for muscle shockers and that maybe a mister olympia worthy workout. Just my 2 cents.:cool::dumbbell:

sorry i'm a newbie, just making sure if i got this right.
does Incline/flat bench barbell press 4x15-10 mean 4 sets of 15 - 10 reps each?

Yep, sort of like this
Set Reps
1 15
2 14
3 12
4 10
Or something to that degree.

Lol, have to pass the time somehow, and I help out in the gym and suggest working out to people so any source of knowledge on working out is good to know for both that reason and myself.:cool:
