I'm 23yrs of age from India. Is it true that 1 should not workout heavily during summer? the temp here is more than 35 deg C.
I run on the treadmill for about 20mins daily in the evening, and then machine workouts.I'm completely drenched by then. They say that over sweating results into loss of hair,is it true?I have rather silky hair.

No sweating does not cause hair loss
