I am 6'5'' and weigh 210 lbs. Unfortunately, too many of those pounds are fat!! Now, I know I could just go and loose weight, but I want at least maintain the same weight, but would really like to gain muscle. What would be the best type of workout routine to loose the body fat and that gut, without looking like a twig?? Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks a lot. R.Kurth
sign up for a fitness plan and nutrition plan here at the site. eat a balanced diet. i have lost fat and not weight, i weigh 215 or so and have lost an inch or two at the same weight over a short period of time. good luck.
