Everyone knows pretty much that skull crushers are one if not the best tricep excercise for strenght, power, size etc........however heres a few alterrations I think are just as fun, and somtimes harder than the regular one.

Reverse grip crushers
sit on bench, act like you gonna curl it( but don't) lay back. YOur thumbs shoudl be on the opuside by the way, and do a regualer crusher......feels a lil different.

Dumbell crushers.......Hold them like a hammer curl, but lay back and do the same motion for a crusherbut on the way up you suppinate them to a regular kind of skull crusher.....you can really tell which arm is stronger lol.
( these can also be done with out turning them, or kept ina hammer style grip.

Cable crushers.......These are done on a low pully laying on a bench.....they can be done reverse, or regular style......keep the going down part slow to keep constant tension......note: on this you can't really go anywhere near you face, its more angled do to the cable....the motion is kinda smilar to a cable press down, but laying down........

On all these keep elbows pointed to the ceiling and in.....be careful.......and hope you like!:dumbbell:
