I just got done with wrestling a couple of months ago and since then i've put on (wrestled at 112, back up to 125) punds by lifting but i can still see my ribs... So i was wnadering how i can build muscle on my external obliques... I'm tired of seeing those damn ribs!

twisting situps and crunches. and specific oblique exercises like side raises and side twists are really great.
